DHDS Publications Order Form

Please refer to the price list for books, CDs, schools pack, journals, conference proceedings and postage.
To order by post:
- Complete the form and print it.
- Post it with your payment to the address below.
- Payment must be by sterling cheque payable to DHDS.
To order on line and pay by credit/debit card:
- We are currently introducing this facility. At the moment it is a two stage process:
  1. Complete the form, including your email address and press SUBMIT. Your order will be emailed to us, with a copy to you.
  2. You will receive an invoice through PayPal by email with payment instructions.
- We will not receive any details of your credit card or other method of payment: the only information we see is what you provide on this form, which will be used solely to fulfill your order.
Note that the work of the DHDS is done by unpaid volunteers in their spare time. Please be patient if it takes a few days to process your order.
