DHDS Membership Form

Membership of DHDS costs £20 per year for a single membership or £35 per year for a couple. Membership is renewable on 1 October each year.

Members are entitled to a copy of the journal, when published, and a copy of the newsletter. They also get first notice of events arranged by the society and a discount on the fees to some of these events.

Please complete the application form, print and post it with the appropriate fee to the Secretary:

Applications must be made by mail and payment must accompany the order.
We can accept Sterling cheques, Visa and Mastercard only. Please note that Eurocheques are no longer valid.
There is a processing fee of 5% for credit card payments. Please include this in the total amount.
Make cheques payable to DHDS.
Credit card orders must be signed by the cardholder.
For your own security, do not send credit card details by email.
